Become an Advocate
Lend your voice and energy to help build a more just Virginia.
Learn. Pray. Act.
Founded in 1982, the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy (VICPP) is Virginia’s oldest faith-based advocacy organization. We are a diverse, morally driven community working to advance public policies that serve low-income, vulnerable, and underrepresented communities. Through education, prayer, and action, we empower people of faith and goodwill to raise their voices for justice in the Commonwealth.
Anyone can be an advocate. You don’t have to donate or become a formal member to participate—showing up, learning, and speaking out all make a difference. However, those who are able can strengthen the movement by supporting VICPP financially and becoming full members. Whether you’re giving your time, your voice, or your resources, you’re part of this work.
What It Means To Be A Member & Advocate
Both advocates and members are essential. Together, they form a movement for justice that spans faith traditions, communities, and the Commonwealth.
Advocates
Anyone who learns about our priorities, takes action through emails or calls to legislators, attends events, or shares resources is an advocate. You are helping shape a more just Virginia.
Members
Individuals and congregations who make a financial contribution become formal members of VICPP. Membership helps sustain our mission and provides deeper connection to our advocacy network.
