Terri Erwin, Director of VICPP’s Virginia Consensus for Higher Education in Prison, is quoted. She addresses the potential impact of the Virginia Prison Education Task Force to scale up prison programs. The Task Force is a newly-formed statewide body tasked with making education in Virginia’s prisons more accessible, consistent, and effective.
