Working families are the backbone of Virginia’s economy. Yet too many parents and caregivers are forced to choose between going to work sick, neglecting care for a loved one, or losing critical income. We advocate for policies that guarantee paid sick leave and access to affordable, quality child care so that all Virginians can thrive at home and at work.
