2026 is an important year for Virginia elections! We are asking congregations, mosques, temples, and other faith communities to commit to having 100% voting participation in the electoral process.

What is the commitment? As a 100% voting congregation/community, you commit to: 

* Develop a plan, in collaboration with VICPP, to ensure eligible members of the congregation/community are registered to vote, either in writing or electronically through VICPP.

* Distribute voting information about polling locations and dates through congregational/community bulletins and newsletters.

* Promote the sacred privilege of voting through sermons, prayers, and litanies. 

* Learn about your local candidates. 

* Participate in community-wide efforts to register voters and get people to the polls. 

* Engage those who are not eligible to vote to participate in civic life.

When you fill out the pledge, you will receive: 

* A FREE 100% voting banner to display inside or outside your congregation/community. 

* A toolkit that includes preaching support, sample bulletin announcements, and information on registering people to vote. 

* Membership in a Facebook group of 100% voting faith communities. 

* Resources for your congregation/community website or social media.
